EQUIPMENT HIRE
We understand that sometimes you don't want the full bells and whistles, but you would like something at your next party. That's why we offer our equipment hire service.
We can customise our service to suit all of your party requirements. You tell us the number of children and the number of activities you would like, then we simply deliver and set up the party and leave you to have all the fun!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
You decide which theme you would like for your party and the number of activities you would like to have. We typically recommend 1 activity for every 3 children. For example, if you have 15 children attending we would suggest 5 activities.
You're more than welcome to offer more activities, it is completely up to you.
As part of our equipment hire you can even hire our music system, gazebo or even a bell tent!
On the day of your party, a member of our team will arrive to your chosen venue and set up your own Little Bears birthday party. Each activity comes with a set of really simple laminated instructions showing you how to use each activity.
We guarantee our equipment hire will have the children occupied for a long time, enough to give parents a well earned break.
Once your party is over, we can either collect the equipment on the same day or if you're too busy having lot's of fun, we can pop back the next day to collect - the choice is yours!

FOOD
We are proud that all of our party food is freshly made by our onsite Forage who have won 4 Great Taste Awards for their outstanding food, meaning if the children don’t manage to finish it, then the adults can!

As part of your party package we are more than happy to bring the below food options to your chosen venue:

Childrens Afternoon Tea - Four sandwich quarters, mini sausage roll, chocolate brownie, one piece of chocolate/or sweets, bag of crisps, fruity drink & fresh fruit to garnish.​
Children's Savoury Grazing Board – Selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls, chicken goujons, quiche, savoury crackers, crisps, mini sausages, carrot/cucumber sticks, chunks of cheese & dips.

Childrens Sweet Grazing Board – Selection of biscuits, homemade cakes, chocolate, sweets, popcorn & fruit.
Use my own - Or, if you'd prefer, you're more than welcome to create your own teddy bears picnic!

PRICE
We do not have one set price for our parties as we allow you to build your own, to suit your desired budget. Once you have filled out our enquiry form you will receive a personalised party quote within 48 hours. We pride ourselves on always providing our customers with time, quality and care. Therefore we will work with you to adapt your quote to ensure your party is as perfect as possible and within budget!
HOW TO BOOK
Build your own party quote using the link below, where you will receive a personalised quote within 48 hours. We will break down the cost and all elements included in your party!

Once you are happy with your quote, you will then have the option to 'accept' it online. Once accepted we will then send through an invoice for you to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. By paying this, it will secure the date and time for your party. We know first hand how often things change with children, which is why we give you up to 1 week prior to your party to confirm the number of children attending, the theme and your food option!
