We know first hand how stressful and expensive it can be organising the perfect party for your little one. There is so much to think about, party bags, invites, themes, music, games, the list goes on! Well, we are here to help.
We love birthdays just as much as children do, which is why we always go above and beyond to make every party extra special. Our talented team can customise your party to suit the age and interests of your child.
Just like all of our services, you can either leave your children in the capable hands of our team and take yourself off to explore Coppice, or you can stay and watch as your Little Bear and their friends enjoy the perfect party.
PARTY OPTIONS
We have three options on offer to ensure that we cater to all different types of birthday parties.
If you are after the full Little Bears experience, we recommend OPTION 1. At our HQ we utilise our signature feature ball wall which is a massive hit with all the children (and adults!)
If you already have your venue sorted, for example your home or sports hall, then OPTION 2 is for you. This works great for people who are looking to have a party from the comfort of their own home, or who are looking to invite all adults to the party as well as children.
Finally, one of our most popular requests is equipment hire. This option allows you to have a taste of Little Bears at your chosen location. You select the number of activities you would like at your party, and a member of our team will set them all up and provide super simple instructions for each one. With this option children can free flow as they choose throughout the party, giving the adults some much needed rest! Head over to OPTION 3 for more information.

FOOD
We are proud that all of our party food is freshly made by our onsite Forage who have won 4 Great Taste Awards for their outstanding food, meaning if the children don’t manage to finish it, it’s definitely worth taking home!

Childrens Afternoon Tea - Four sandwich quarters, mini sausage roll, chocolate brownie, one piece of chocolate/or sweets, bag of crisps, fruity drink & fresh fruit to garnish.

Hot Option - Homemade chicken goujons & margherita pizza served hot with chips and tomato sauce dip. Fruity drink, carrot and cucumber batons with a sour cream/chive dip and a nacho cheese dip. Fruit selection of pre-cut apples, green and black grapes, & strawberries.
Childrens Savoury Grazing Board – Selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls, chicken goujons, quiche, savoury crackers, crisps, mini sausages, carrot/cucumber sticks, chunks of cheese & dips.

Childrens Sweet Grazing Board – Selection of biscuits, homemade cakes, chocolate, sweets, popcorn & fruit.
Bring my own - Or, if you'd prefer, you're more than welcome to bring your own teddy bears picnic to Little Bears!

PRICE
We do not have one set price for our parties as we allow you to build your own, to suit your desired budget. Once you have filled out our enquiry form you will receive a personalised party quote within 48 hours. We pride ourselves on always providing our customers with time, quality and care. Therefore we will work with you to adapt your quote to ensure your party is as perfect as possible and within budget!
HOW TO BOOK
Build your own party quote using the link below, where you will receive a personalised quote within 48 hours. We will break down the cost and all elements included in your party!

Once you are happy with your quote, you will then have the option to 'accept' it online. Once accepted we will then send through an invoice for you to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. By paying this, it will secure the date and time for your party. We know first hand how often things change with children, which is why we give you up to 1 week prior to your party to confirm the number of children attending, the theme and your food option!
